The Innovation Company has the belief that too often workshops are event focused and do not provide any way to truly measure the effectiveness of the session. To address this concern we have created a simple process to collect and analyze key data elements prior to, during, and after any initiative to track and evaluate progress.

While we do not encourage measuring things for the sake of measurements, we do understand that in order to help facilitate culture change, having tangible results to point to will accelerate buy-in to the process.
